No binding period. One month notice period.
Practical information
Home visits are billed for a minimum of one hour, then per started half-hour.
Telephone support is billed per started 20 minutes.
Normal working hours are weekdays 08:00–18:00.
Parking and necessary materials may be charged in addition and are agreed upon in advance.
Outside normal working hours
Weekdays 18:00–22:00: 50% surcharge
Saturdays 08:00–13:00: 50% surcharge
Other times by agreement: 100% surcharge
